Chicken olive tagine (8 Oz): Classic Moroccan tagine with braised chicken and olives in a sauce fragrant with ginger, coriander, tomatoes, garlic, preserved lemon, saffron and parsley. $ 11.00


Lamb ( or beef) prune tagine (7 Oz): Well balanced lamb stew with onions, garlic, almonds and soft prunes with a blend of spices (ginger, sesame seeds, parsley, coriander, cinnamon.).$ 13.00

Lentil tagine with spinach, ginger and Ras El Hanout (V) :This classic Berber tagine is enhanced and topped with a swirl of yogurt, fruit chutney . Prepared with garlic, fresh ginger, Ras El Hanout, cumin seeds and fresh cilantro.....$ 11.00


Califlower, chickpeas with harissa (hot chili pepper paste) and preserved lemon (V): Tasty way of preparing cauliflower with a caramelized combination of garlic, onion, coriander seeds, then simmered with chick peas, tomatoes, cilantro and preserved lemon......$ 11.00
